Just one step away from the sea!

A 200m2 beach front villa, located in the north part of the island, in the beautiful area of Roda, 35km away from the town of Corfu. The construction and decoration of the house was completed in June, 2015.

It is made to give you all the space you need while keeping in mind that privacy is the most luxurious comfort. That is why you have all to yourselves, 4 acres of a private garden with an outdoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, sunbeds and garden furniture along with private parking.

For those who don’t feel like staying inside and not eating out either, there is a fully equipped BBQ area with a dinning room of 12 and tents protecting you from the sun while letting you enjoy the good weather of Greece.

If you thought that this is the luxurious part, wait until you face the indoor spaces. Entering you will find a spacious living room with a 55” flat screen 3D cable TV and a functional fireplace to cozy up, the space during the winter.

You can grab a bite or have a feast in the dinning room of 8 where you have a direct view to the beautiful garden and the mesmerizing sea of the Ionian.

As far as the other spaces is concerned, there are 2 Bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 Master Bedroom with King size bed, a 32” TV and en suite Bathroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds plus its own WC and Shower.

Moving up to the next floor, you have another Master Bedroom with the same features as above plus 2 Bedrooms with twin beds and each with its own Shower and WC.

Since the sun is free and Corfu offers some very special moments where you can enjoy it during the sunset, all the rooms come with a balcony and outdoor furniture so that you can spend your time gazing upon it.

The entire place is equipped with cutting edge AC and floor cooling/heating system, so that you can cool down the hottest days and simply relax.

For some quality time and fun we recommend you to visit Pyramid Sea Side where you we offer a complete package of services, from beach bar and Mini Golf to one of Corfu’s best Restaurants, you can have a nice time and with a Special Discount of 10% for people staying at the Villa.

Last but not least, if you think that 35km is way to long, fear not for there is a mini market just 20m away from home and a few traditional taverns pretty close. Also Acharavi town is 3km, meaning that you are only 5’ drive or 20’ walk away from the coast and we highly recommend you to take it by foot or enjoy a stroll at Roda Villa with the endless coast. However if you feel like driving you should visit Sidari with Canal D’mour which is only 6km away by car.

The house has a cleaning service 3 days/week but you can have a daily service upon request and with extra charge (please contact us in case you would like us to arrange it).

Accessibility
The house is great for children of all ages and easily accessible for people who have some mobility problems. However, before visiting you should contact us for more information or if you need us to prepare the house in a more comfortable manner.

Cleaning service is 3 times a week.
