Each bedroom is equipped with a safe, a built in blow dryer, an iron, a coffee tray, a boudoir in the closet with a full length mirror, a desk with telephone and internet connection, and a 40 inch flat screen TV.
There are two brand new fully equipped kitchens, two living and dining areas, all with sea view. The house is on two levels, and is ideal for two families traveling together or a large group of friends. The guest capacity is 8-12 persons.
Outdoors is a private pool of 55sqm, a gazebo and bbq area for oudoor meals, and a vegetable garden that guests are welcome to enjoy.
Included in the rental price is cleaning twice weekly and linen change once weekly, or as otherwise specified.
Daily cleaning and breakfast may be provided at an additional cost.
It is fully air conditioned, Wifi is available in all rooms, and there is a villa manager that is on call at all times to provide guests with any help and information they may need.
