This is a two-storey villa situated in an elevated position within the property land. In the first flool there is a large living area fully furnished with couch, coffe table and arm chairs. In same area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. A large glass door opens to a spacious verandah with a wooden set of table and chairs where you can dine, read or just enjoy a drink. The verandah offers partial sea view and view of the village. A corridor leads to a bedroom with en suite wc/shower. Room’s balcony offers views of the village below and partial sea view. The  ground floor where are two more bedrooms is accessed by an internal staircase. Both bedrooms have en suite wc/shower and independent access to the lawn garden and the villa’s private pool. Distance from the beach aproximately 45m.
