This beautiful property has been created by its owners, using original stone and craftsmen from the area, creating a traditional country house, with all the comforts of modern day living. It is decorated in pastel colours, enhanced by some English and Corfiot antique furniture. The villa is a wonderful place in which to relax in comfort. The size of this property offers ample space both outside and inside, with its various terraces and secluded seating areas. A covered terrace running the full length of the house, offers shade and uninterrupted panoramic views. The facilities within the house, include a superior and well equipped kitchen. The private swimming pool is set to one side of the house and the adjacent terrace offers a well thought out barbecue area, together with seating, and its own outdoor kitchen area, incorporating a dishwasher and refrigerator. The villa is centrally heated for those visitors wishing to enjoy Corfu out of season.

Linen and towels provided (including beach towels). Maid service daily, (except Sunday). Linen change - Weekly. Twice weekly during July & August.

EXTERIOR:
Extensive grounds include four different terrace and patio areas, well maintained flower borders and an olive grove. Outdoor furniture is of a high standard. Gas barbecue on covered terrace outside kitchen/dining room. Large charcoal barbecue on pool terrace adjacent to outside kitchen. The private pool is 10m x 5m.
COAST/BEACH:
The closest beach is 1.5 kilometres away, there are however many beautiful beaches on this part of the island (both sand and shingle).
Golf:
A 45 minute drive will take you to Corfu's golf course.
DISTANCES:
Kassiopi has a variety of shops, supermarkets and tavernas and it is 1.5km away. It is a 15 minute walk down to the village through the olive groves. The beautiful Venetian capital, Corfu Town can be visited by boat, car or bus - 40km. The ancient village of Ano Perithia is walking distance for keen walkers - 12km.
Car hire is essential.
