This small family run apartment complex has been built in typical island style and comprises 7 apartments for 4 people and 7 studios for 2 people.

The apartments are located in the coastal region of Agios Spiridon, a quiet area surrounded by olive groves. A communal swimming pool is set in the beautiful garden making it an ideal spot to relax.
The nearby sandy beaches are flat and degrading, suitable also for small children and can be reached in 10-15 minutes walk (about 1 Km). The nearest supermarket is only 600 meters from the apartments.
More shops and amenities can be found in the near towns of Acharavi (about 4 Km away) and Kassiopi (about 6 Km away).
Car hire is recommended.

The apartments for 4 people consist of :
2 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, one bathroom with shower/WC, a balcony or a terrace with garden view.

The studios for 2 people consist of :
1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, one bathroom with shower/WC, a balcony or a terrace with garden view.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen change is effected once a week and towels change is effected twice a week.

It is possible to add an extra bed on request.
