This charming detached holiday house is set right above the Kalamaki bay, on the northern coast of Corfu. A private road takes you to the house and to the private parking lot for 2 - 3 cars.
Close to the house, at about 100 meters distance, there is also the house
Dimitris 2.
The sandy, degrading beach of Kalamaki is about 150 meters away and can be reached via a public road which starts opposite the main coastal road. About half way to the beach there is a nice tavern that offers both Greek and international cuisine.
The near towns of Acharavi (about 6 Km) and Kassiopi (about 4 Km) offer plenty of shopping and amenities.
Car hire is recommended for general mobility.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, one living room/dining room with open fire place, kitchenette, fridge, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a balcony overlooking the Kalamaki bay and the sea. One more terrace is in the garden next to the house that is planted with olive and peach trees.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen change is effected once a week and towels change is effected twice a week.
