This beautiful villa is situated 30 m away from the Almyros beach and it comprises 2 two-bedroom apartments and one studio on the first floor.
A traditional tavern on the ground floor gives the visitor an original taste of family Greek cooking. A playground in the garden will satisfy both children and parents, as it makes an ideal spot to relax very close to the beach.
The first apartment of 70 sq.m in size consists of 2 separate bedrooms, TV, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining room and living room with fire place, bathroom/WC and a big veranda with magnificent view to the sea. The apartment can easily sleep up to 5 persons.
The studio of 25 sq.m in size consists of 1 separate bedroom, TV, fully equipped kitchenette, a small living room, 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony with view to the sea.
The third apartment is 50 sq.m in size and is situated at the back side of the building and consists of 2 separate bedrooms, TV, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining room, shower/WC, balcony with view to the mountains. The apartment can sleep up to 4 persons.
ALmyros is a long and quiet sandy beach extending parallel to the Pantokrator mountain range viewing the northern Ionian sea and the small virgin islands, Ereikousa, Othonoi and Mathraki, which are the most western parts of Greece. The plain of Almyros with its meadows and natural fields with multi-coloured flora surround the villa in harmony with its garden reaching to the sea. On the nearby hills, following paved tracks through the olive-groves visitors can discover small traditional villages with splendid view over the sea. In this area you can find 5 tavernas, 2 mini markets and card phones, whereas the nearest big tourist center (ACHARAVI) is just 1,5 km away.
